Wave 19 of the IN-BOARD program on governance gives you that again.
The IN-BOARD program is a rigorous, peer-driven development journey for INSEAD alumni who are non-executive directors, supervisory board members, or preparing for that role. It runs in two parts:
Part 1 — Back to Campus Leadership program, Fontainebleau
25–29 November 2026 · INSEAD, Fontainebleau
A 3-day intensive on leadership and boardroom dynamics, led by Prof. Erik van de Loo and Prof. Jaap Winter in the international IN-BOARD cohort. Expect deep work: group coaching, 360° feedback, interpersonal dynamics, and the psychology of the effective board leader.
Part 2 — Seven Expert Modules in the Netherlands
January–mid 2027 · Amsterdam area

Who should apply?
This program targets alumni pursuing non-executive careers, or are interested in better understanding governance and board dynamics. IDP alumni interested in more local governance content are eligible for the local modules directly and may apply for dispensation from the Fontainebleau module.
