DESCRIPTION:On Wednesday October 1st\, IN-Board organizes a Governance Lab on ‘Being embarrassed in your board\, issues you did not sign up for.’ \nYou are well educated\, you are experienced\, you’ve been there and done that. Yes\, you dealt with a product recall\, with a financial disaster\, with unfriendly takeover approaches. But board members and directors are human\, and unfortunately sometimes act quite human. And that can lead to very embarrassing situations. Things you did not sign up for. \nWe will explore a few embarrassing situations that you could be confronted with. And review formal and informal approaches to deal with these situations. We will\, as usual\, have the support of lawyers from Van Doorne\, who will give us guidance. \nCome and join the debate.
